loosing 100 lbs is not as difficult as you think. just do as what I say. for the first week eat exactly half of what you used to.run for one hour every day. for the second week again eat half of the food that you ate during the first week, don't forget running. you will see how quick the fat melts.continue this program untill your stomach gets tighter. drinl lots of water.eliminate sugar and chocolate but only use a very small amout of carbs like pasta and bread. Then you see you cannot eat more than that. just don't forget running good luck

Losing 100 pounds isnt going to truely help with the depression or death. Also, losing weight this quickly will only lead to depression because the lack of food can cause you to have mood swings and people who starve themselves end up unhappy and unsatisfied. Dont let this turn into an obsession or else you'll end up with anorexia which is hell. If you want to lose weight, you have to lose it slowly if you want to keep the weight off. The basics to weight loss are to: start exercising, eat healthy foods, incorporate more fruits and veggies in your diet, and eat fewer calories.

mature about your life? and u wanna recklessly loose 100 pounds fast? hmm well like u said i won't be a pastor giving health tips eat a big breakfast im serious it speeds up ur metabolism then just snack during the day on anything that is low fat but a good amount of carbs so ur body doesn't go into starvation mode (if it does this it will be harder to burn energy) u sound very motivated so i shouldn't worry about if u get hungry and feel like eating junk but if that does happen just drink water to fill u up or get a job and pay for lypo OH or u good get this clamp thing put on ur stomach my cousin did that to loose weight for her wedding and lost A LOT of weight im not recommending these things but they will work

You sound a lot like me. Well, ive lost 10 pounds in a week with weight watchers. I haven't worked out at all... like at ALL because of the fact that I just had surgery. I could never stick to a diet ever. I honestly feel like i'm not even dieting. I've never met my limit of points, even when im thinking that i overate. I really reccomend it. You could lose even more if you worked out a lot too. Another method, try going on a juice or soup fast. Look it up on google. EDIT::: I forgot about the option of surgery... Liposuction can work... but not always. Also FIG Lipo-Dissolve i've heard does WONDERS, with serious risks and consequences though.

If you were mature you would opt to lose weight the right way. If you knew the risks, you would know that you could end up just like your father. I would hate to have that happen. Do it the right way, and you will thank yourself later. If you choose to lose weight the fast way, you will only end up 'skinny-fat': thin on the outside and fat on the inside, with lots of health problems.

Excess weight or obesity is by far the number one health concern in this country. Sixty percent of Americans are either overweight or obese, including over 20 percent of teenagers. All are at risk for serious physical and emotional health problems. Over three-quarters of obese adults, for example, suffer from high blood pressure, high cholesterol, coronary heart disease, diabetes or osteoarthritis. Nearly 40 percent have more than one of these conditions. They are also at risk for stroke and cancer. There are over 300,000 deaths per year from weight related causes. Body Mass Index or BMI is a good way to determine if you are carrying too much weight. The BMI is based on your height and weight, but it gives a better estimate than the older ideal body weight tables. Click here to calculate your BMI. Although there are many general causes for weight problems, the most responsible self-empowering one is that you’re simply eating too many calories for the amount of energy you’re expending. To control your weight you either have to decrease your calories or increase your exercise or some combination of the two. On and off dieting will not take care of the problem. Maintaining a healthy weight is a matter of day by day conscious control of both the amount and types of foods you eat and the level of physical activity in your life. <--Weight Loss--> <--http://www.loseweighthappy.info/index.php?option=com_contenttask=viewid=81Itemid=62 -->
